The quality of the work performed is continuously monitored and never compromised. Quality, for us, means delivering a project on time, at the agreed-upon price, and in accordance with the regulations. Quality assurance involves ongoing evaluation and improvement/optimization of work processes, technological advancements, and project management.
We understand that a good physical and mental work environment creates a safe and healthy workplace. We work in an industry where cold temperatures and heavy lifting are the norm, which increases the risk for our employees. Continuous development of tools and improved work processes enhances the safety for all of us and helps keep the number of work-related injuries at zero. We work daily in ports, on boats, on barges, bridges, and other locations where there is a relatively high risk for our employees. Safety is therefore of paramount importance and is not compromised.
The sea is our primary workplace, and we take care of it. We do not leave behind any objects or debris on the seabed but clean up after ourselves. This is not only beneficial for our customers and ourselves but also for the environment.
